Earhardt, who is based in New York City, and Hannity, who lives in Florida, revealed the news in a statement to Fox News, expressing their joy and gratitude for the support from their families.
Hannity, who has been with Fox News since its inception in 1996 and also hosts a radio show, proposed to Earhardt at their church, citing their shared faith as a key bond in their relationship.
Following the proposal, the couple met with their minister. They also informed their ex-spouses, with whom they continue to maintain good relationships.
The couple received well-wishes from others in the media, including broadcaster Piers Morgan, who described them as “two of the most generous-spirited people” he has met, wishing them happiness together.
